根据JILES等提出的铁磁磁滞模型和JILES建立的磁机效应理论,结合能量守恒的观点,对超磁致伸缩执行器(GMT)的动力学参数及磁化参数进行辨识。针对JILES方法确定磁滞磁化模型所需磁性材料参数多,且在执行器工作条件下不易测量的缺点,经过对数学模型的推导变换,提出一种基于试验数据简便易行,试验数据容易获取的参数辨识方法,参数的估计可采用最小二乘类的辨识方法。给出低频试验下的辨识结果,此辨识方法可以为超磁致伸缩执行器的离线优化或在线控制提供可靠的参数。
On the basis of ferromagnetic hysteresis model presented by JILES-ATHERTON and magnetomechanical effect presented by JILES, dynamics and magnetic parameters identification method is presented for giant magnetostrictive transducer (GMT) in the view of energy equilibrium equation. Aiming at the shortages of too many parameters needed and hard to measure under the actuator mode in JILES model. The method included reasonable deduction and transformation about the model. The method is based on the experimental data, whose experiment is simple and experimental data are easy to obtain. Parameters can be estimated by least square method (LSM), the estimated results is given. The estimated results can provide the reliable parameters for the GMT optimizing control offline and online control.
