利用静电纺丝技术,制备再生丝素蛋白纳米/亚微米纤维。研究了纺丝液浓度、纺丝电压、纺丝距离、纺丝流率对纤维直径及形态的影响;探讨了经甲醇处理后纤维结构的变化。结果表明:纺丝液浓度为12%~20%时通过静电纺丝均能获得丝素纳米/亚微米纤维;纤维直径随纺丝液浓度的增加而增大,随电压的增大而减小,随纺丝距离和纺丝流率的变化纤维直径都有不同的变化。
In this paper, the regenerated silk fibroin(SF) nanometer/submicron fiber is obtained by using of electrospinning method. The influence of spinning solution concentration, voltage, distance and the flow rate on the fiber diameter and morphology are investigated in the paper, discusses fiber structure change after methanol's treatment. The results show that silk fibroin nanometer/submicron fiber can be prepared when the spinning solution concentration is from 12% to 20%. The fiber diameter increases with its spinning solution concentration, and decreases with its voltage. With the change of the distance and flow rate, the fiber diameter has different changes.
