针对Ag—Cu合金在凝固微观组织模拟研究中的不足,研究基于CA(CellularAutomaton)法与宏观传输现象中的温度场、浓度场和流动场耦合,建立了Ag—Cu合金凝固微观组织模拟的宏/微观数学模型。介绍了CA法宏观网格的划分和微观单元温度的确定,以及形核长大过程的计算流程和采用等价比热法处理凝固潜热的方法。
A mathematical model for solidification microstructure simulation of Ag - Cu alloy was devel- oped. The model was based on the CA (Cellular Automaton) method and macro temperature field, the concentration field and flow field coupling. The macroscopic mesh generation and microscopic unit tem- perature by the CA method were described in this paper. It also introduced the computational procedure of the nucleation process and the equivalent heat method treated latent heat during solidification.
