目的 探讨血浆置换（PE）治疗儿童危重症的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析11例（27例次）应用PE治疗的患儿的资料,根据病情决定治疗次数,观察临床疗效,根据临床记录了解有关副反应,分析护理干预的作用.结果 27例次治疗过程中出现皮肤瘙痒2例次、恶心呕吐2例次、低血压及手足抽搐各1例次,无严重并发症发生.经PE治疗,治愈8例,好转2例,无效1例,总有效率为90.9％.结论 PE是一种良好的儿童危重症治疗方法,护理干预对治疗的顺利进行有不可替代的作用.

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the clinical effect of plasma exchange （PE） treatment critically ill children. Methods The data of 11 patients （27 cases） used PE were analyzed retrospectively,according to the condition number for treatment,the clinical curative effect was observed,studied about side effects according to the clinical record analysis of the effect of nursing intervention. Results Of 27 cases,there were 2 cases of itchy skin,2 cases of nausea and vomiting,1 case of hypotension and 1 case of tetany,there was no serious complications occurred.After PE treatment,8 patients were cured,2 cases improved and 1 case had no effect,the total effective rate was 90.9%. Conclusion PE is a good strategy of treating critically ill pediatric patients,the nursing intervention has an irreplaceable role in successful treatments.
