产品服务系统是指上游原料供应商进行服务延伸,由销售产品转变为向下游客户提供基于产品的综合服务。通过对产品服务系统的模型分析表明,节约共享契约的渠道利润总是大于按量销售契约的渠道利润;针对具有不同节约潜力的产品,应考虑采取不同的政策引导。在研究分析的基础上,一方面明确了产品服务系统应选择的签约模式;同时,也明确了具有不同节约潜力的产品在政策引导上的差异,这对产品服务系统的发展和完善有现实指导意义。
In product service system,suppliers extend their scope from selling products to providing integrated services based on their products,which are usually seen in suppliers of indirect materials,such as energy management services provided by energy suppliers and chemical management services provided by chemical suppliers.This paper shows that the channel profit of shared saving contracts is higher than price-only contracts,and gives policy suggestion for products with different saving potential.
