英文摘要：
The process and condition of the form of dissipative structure for enterprise system is researched by means of dissipative structure theory. Entropy change model for enterprise system by driving of currency flow is set up and the calculated formula of entropy change for enterprise system with maneuverability is shown integrated the actual status of enterprise system, then an example of enterprise is validated by the model and formula and the results met the fact well.
