参照ASHRAE1990标准,本文设计了测量制冷剂/润滑油混合物互溶性的实验装置,通过观察法获得混合物的临界互溶温度。对R134a/矿物油、R134a/矿物油/纳米材料的互溶性进行了对比实验研究。结果表明,添加纳米材料,可以改善R134a和矿物油的互溶性。
In this paper, an experimental apparatus was developed for measuring the critical solution temperature (CST) of refrigerant/lubricant mixtures based on ASHRAE 1990 standards, and tile critical solubility temperature of the mixtures were obtained by observing method. The miscibility of R134a/MO and R134a/MO/nanoparticles were compared. The results show that the miscibility of R134a and mineral oil should be improved because of the nanoparticles added.
