针对我国发展满足适航性要求的大型商用航空发动机的迫切需求,分析总结了目前航空发动机寿命限制件概率风险评估的基本方法和研究进展,系统描述了满足适航规章(FAR33.70)要求的部件失效概率风险评估方法的技术流程和特点.在分析了核心方法和基础数据库架构的基础上,指出完善的概率断裂力学模型及准确的数据库支持是建立概率风险评估方法的重要基础.
In order to meet the urgent needs of developing large commercial aero-engines which satisfies the airworthiness requirments, the fundamental methodology and develop- ment progress of probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) of life limited parts in recent years were discussed. The PRA technologies, including their processes and characteristics, were described to show their compliance with the life-limited parts requirements set forth in sec- tion 33.70 of federal aviation regulations (FAR). Moreover, the core methodology and basic database structure of PRA were analyzed. It indicates that the PRA methodology should be established on the basis of combining the probabilistic fracture mechanism with accurate da- tabases.
