跨区送电是我国重要的能源战略,梯级水电多市场供电在跨区送电中担任着重要角色。由于缺乏相关的定价机制,梯级水电多市场供电项目面临着越来越多的问题。为了进一步促进多市场供电项目健康有序发展,本文统筹考虑各种梯级水电上网电价定价的影响因素,兼顾现有各种上网电价定价机制的优缺点提出一种综合因素定价方法,为梯级水电多市场供电上网电价的定价提供了新的思路。
英文摘要：
Trans-region power supply is a basic energy strategy of China, and multi-market power supply by cascade hydropower plays a key role in this strategy. But without a pricing mechanism, it would be confronted with increasing problems that hinder its development. This paper suggests a new price setting method, namely comprehensive factors method that can consider all the factors in the multi-market power supply and all the advantages and disadvantages of the existing pricing mechanism. This provides new ideas of power pricing for multi-market power supply by cascade hydropower.
