本文旨在对MicroRNA337的调控作用及作用机制的研究现状、存在的争议以及研究方向作综述。通过广泛参考近年来有关MicroRNA337的调控作用及作用机制的研究进行总结与分析,我们认为MicroRNA337在骨骼发育、朊病毒诱导的神经退行性变以及肿瘤发生等生理和病理过程中都起到重要广泛的调控作用。
This paper reviews microRNA-337 from its function in normal physical situation, function on osteoblasts, role as one of clock-control microRNAs, function on neural degeneration induced by prion, role as an oncogene, and expression alteration in the descendant blood vessels due to malnutrition of the mother. It is demonstrated that microRNA-337 plays a significant and wide regulative role in physiological and pathological process of skeletal development, tumor genesis, and neural degeneration induced by prion.
