【目的】应用隶属函数法综合评价不同烤烟品种苗期的抗旱性,为烤烟抗旱育种及栽培提供理论依据。【方法】以云南及我国主要烟区的25个烤烟主栽品种为材料,采用悬浮育苗,通过苗期控水进行干旱胁迫,测定胁迫过程中(3、6、9d)叶片水含量、相对电导率及丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖含量;利用模糊数学中的隶属函数法求取各指标的平均隶属函数值,对25个烤烟品种的抗旱性进行综合评价。【结果】在干旱胁迫过程中,烤烟幼苗的存活率和叶片组织水含量均呈下降趋势,而叶片相对电导率、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和MDA含量呈增加趋势,不同品种间各项指标的变化存在明显差异。25个烤烟品种中,K326的平均隶属函数值最高,为0.755;其次为RG17(0.668)和潘圆黄(0.650),综合抗旱性较强;云烟97和云烟202的平均隶属函数值均低于0.400,表现出相对较弱的抗旱性。【结论】K326、RG17和潘圆黄具有较强的抗旱性,适宜在较干旱地区推广种植。
【Objective 】Comprehensive evaluation on drought resistance of different flue-cured tobacco varieties at seedling stage was performed with subordinate function values analysis, in order to provide theoretical references for breeding and cultivation of tobacco with drought-resistance. 【Method 】25 main varieties in Yunnan Province and China were taken as materials. Floating seedlings of tobacco were exposed to drought stress with controlled water supply,followed by measurement of survival rates. In addition, changes of physiological and biochemical characteristics during stress treatment(3, 6, and 9 d) were identified, including relative water content, relative conductivity and content of MDA. Then final comprehensive evaluation on drought tolerance of different varieties was analyzed with subordinate function, using average membership function values of each index. 【Result 】The results indicated that the survival rates of seedlings and leaf water content significantly reduced under drought stress, whereas relative electric conductivity,contents of proline, soluble sugar, as well as MDA increased in tobacco leaves. Moreover, changes in indexes showed obvious differences in the tested varieties. Finally, among all the selected 25 tobacco varieties, K326 exhibit-ed the highest drought resistance, due to its highest average membership function values(0.755), and next ones were RG17(0.668) and Panyuanhuang(0.650). In contrast, Yunyan 97 and Yunyan 202 showed less drought tolerance,with their average membership function values below 0.400. 【Conclusion 】K326, RG17 and Panyuanhuang were identified as drought-tolerant varieties at seedling stage, which are suitable for extensive planting.
