设计了一种可自动翻转铲斗装卸物品的翻斗车,可应用在工地和分散垃圾废物的场所,改造简单,成本增加不多,操作方便,可极大地减轻劳动强度、节省用工成本。所设计的翻斗车可以在现有普通翻斗车的基础上进行改造,只需在原车上增加控制铲斗的杆件机构和锁紧装置即可实现自动装卸的功能。通过Pro/E建立模型并在ADAMS中进行仿真分析,通过仿真分析结果验证了该方案的可行性,为所设计的翻斗车投入生产、缩短开发周期、减少成本,提供了借鉴和指导。
Dumpers which can automatically load and unload goods have been presented, fabricated and characterized. It needs to increase the rod control mechanism and the locking device of the bucket based on the existing common dumpers, and easily operating, greatly reducing the labor intensity. By the result of emulating with Pro/E and ADAMS, the feasibility study results show promising application potentials for shortening the development cycle, and reducing the cost.
