以熔融石英为骨料,粘土为结合剂,通过固相法制备出外加堇青石的熔融石英质耐火材料,并系统研究了堇青石对耐火材料制品的性能影响。测定耐火材料的抗折强度、热膨胀系数、XRD和SEM,并对此进行分析。结果表明:堇青石的加入能明显减小烧成收缩,提高抗折强度,减小制品内部的残余应力,提高抗热震性能。
Fused silica refractory material with cordierite addition was prepared using fused quartz as aggregate, clay as binder via solid-state reaction. The influence of additive cordierite on refractory material were studied systematically. The flexural strength, thermal expansion coefficient, XRD and SEM of refractory were tested and analyzed. Results reveal that the addition of cordierite can significantly reduce the sintering shrinkage and increase the flexural strength, thus reducing the residual stress inside the products and improving the thermal shock resistance.
