为实现电力资源的最优分配,研究了基于整体利润的电力供应链的激励机制。在一定的假设条件下,建立了发电商、售电商组成的两级模型以及将发电商、售电商合为一体的一级模型,设计了激励机制激发发电商在信息不对称条件下报出发电成本,并激励其降低煤耗,提高脱硫率等。从电力行业的整体利润角度出发分析了2种模型,随之证明采用一级模型可以提高包括发电商、售电商及用户的整体利益。同时在满足激励相容原理条件下,针对增加的整体售电利润,给出了分配方法。通过算例说明了该激励机制的有效性和实用性。
To realize the optimal distribution of power resources,the incentive mechanism of power supply chain based on overall profit is analyzed.With certain assumptions,a two-stage model composed of power supplier and electricity retailer is established,and a one-stage model is also established.The incentive mechanism is designed to inspire the power supplier to bid under unsymmetric information condition,lower coal consumption,increase desulfurization rate,and so on.Two models are analyzed with respect to the overall profit of electricity power industry.It is proved that the one-stage model can increase the overall profit of power supplier,electricity retailer and consumer.A way is given to allocate the increased profit with the incentive compatibility constraint.The validation and feasibility of proposed incentive mechanism is verified a case study.
