利用投标人相对于采购方对标的物具有天然的属性权重信息优势,针对多属性拍卖中的决策问题提出了一个符合买卖双方激励相容约束的多属性拍卖胜出机制。采用多Agent系统的设计思想,自行开发了一个在线智能多属性反向拍卖系统。在多个投标人就多个属性进行投标时,该系统通过智能代理的最优权重搜索算法实现了自动拍卖,并通过采购方偏好设置,实施了以采购方实际效用最大化为目标的在线智能多属性采购拍卖。
Compared with procurers, bidders have a natural information advantage on subject matters. Therefore, an incentive compatibility multi-attribute auction winner mechanism is proposed to set multi-attribute' s weights. According to multi-agent system design idea, an intelligent online multi- attribute reverse auction simulation system is developed independently. During the process of multiple bidders' bidding for multiple attributes, the system realizes automatic auction by an intelligent agent' s optimal weight search algorithm, and implements online intelligent multi-attribute procurement auction with the objeetion of maximizing actual utility of procurer by setting procurer preference.
