微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一种非编码RNA,在转录后阶段对基因的表达进行调控,在细胞中参与多个生物学过程。人乳头状瘤病毒(humanpa pillomaviruse,HPV)可引起多种疾病,包括复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤病和宫颈癌等。HPV感染人体细胞后可以通过多种方式引起miRNA的异常表达,从而参与这些疾病的发生和进展。本文就miRNA在HPV相关疾病中的研究进展进行综述,为研究该类疾病的发病机制提供新的思路和视角。
Micro RNA (microRNA, miRNA) is a non encoding RNA, which regulates the expression of genes in the post transcriptional phase, and participates in many biological processes in the cell. Human papillomavirus (Papillomaviruse Human, HPV) can cause a variety of diseases, including recurrent respiratory papilloma and cervical cancer, etc. HPV infection can cause abnormal expression of miRNA in human cells, which can be involved in the occurrence and development of these diseases. In this article, the research progress of miRNA in HPV related diseases is reviewed briefly, and new ideas and perspective of the research on the pathogenesis of this disease are provided.
