弛豫铁电单晶有着高压电常数,高介电常数,高应变,高储能密度等一系列极其优异的性能,广泛应用于医学成像、通信和超声器件等众多方面.弛豫铁电单晶生长技术的研究一直是该领域经久不衰的热点问题,本文结合课题组在弛豫铁电单晶生长技术方面的研究工作和实践经验,综述了近年来弛豫铁电单晶的生长工艺、存在的问题以及未来的发展方向等.
The relaxor ferroelectric single crystals are enjoying as high piezoelectric, dielectric, strain and energy storage properties that make them have a potential application in medical imaging, communication and ultrasound. The growth technique on relaxor ferroelectric single crystal is an important and hot issue in crystal growth. In this paper, the growth technology, existing problems and the future development direction are discussed based on the research results and practical experience of our group on the growth technique of relaxation ferroelectric single crystal.
