目的应用医学图像三维重建技术为肝脏静脉管道系统提供针对临床应用的肝脏三维解剖可视化数据。方法利用三维重建技术对经正常人体下腔静脉平面至肝脏下缘平面的连续横断薄层断面图像进行二维重采样和三维可视化,对肝后段腔静脉管道和肝内静脉系统进行轮廓提取和三维重建,构建三维解剖模型。结果肝脏数字化可视模型能清晰显示肝内静脉管道系统的空间结构特征与三维立体关系。结论肝脏三维模型的建立更直观地显示了肝内静脉管道系统的解剖立体构象及其毗邻关系并能获取三维数据,为肝脏数字解剖学的深入和肝脏外科手术及肝内血管介入治疗提供更为细致完善的技术手段。
Objective To support the 3D visual data of the liver clinical application in anatomy for hepatic venous channel system by the technique of three-dimensional medical image reconstruction.Methods To use three-dimensional reconstruction of the inferior vena cava by the normal human body surface to the lower edge of the liver transection plane of thin section of a continuous two-dimensional image re-sampling and 3D visualization,and extract profile about posterior vena cava pipeline of the liver and intrahepatic venous system and three-dimensional reconstruction,and set up three-dimensional anatomical models.Results Digital visual model of liver could clearly show intrahepatic duct system spatial structure features and spatial relationship in three-dimensional.Conclusion Establishment of three-dimensional model of liver directly display anatomy of three-dimensional conformation in intrahepatic venous anatomy pipeline system and adjacent to the relationship between them,which can obtain three-dimensional data and be able to provide more detailed technical means with digital of liver-depth anatomy,hepatic vascular surgical and intrahepatic vascular intervention treatment,has important basic theoretic significance and clinical application.
