针对风电企业中设备维护数据分散且知识结构互异,难以综合判断设备整体状况的问题,提出了基于本体的多源异构信息融合方法以实现设备健康状态的多准则评价。该方法将各数据源的知识以扩展公共本体的形式进行建模,构建全局查询的沟通机制;再基于多源异构的设备状态数据进行多准则评价,最后得到的量化评估结果可以反映设备的整体健康状态。此方法可以融合企业中多种形式的数据,对企业已有维护系统的干扰小,数据维护成本低,能为企业制定维护计划提供决策依据。
Aimed at the problem that the information about wind turbines is distributed and heterogeneous in wind farms and the overall status of wind turbines are difficulty to evaluate, this paper presented an ontology-based multi-criteria assessment method to assess the healthy status of wind turbines. Based on the common ontology, it modeled the knowledge in various information sources and structured the communication mechanism of global query. The overall status of wind turbines could be got in the form of quantitative assessment results by using of multi-criteria assessment. The data maintaining cost was low and the interferences to the original maintenance systems was minimized. This method can integrate various forms of data in wind farms and provide supports to develop maintenance plans in enterprises.
