利用原子力显微镜(AFM)分析了纤维粘连蛋白(FN)单分子及其聚集行为,对FN在壳聚糖膜表面聚集过程及FN/壳聚糖微胶粒形成过程进行了连续观察分析,并分析了微空间中“水膜”在FN分子及微胶粒形成及聚集过程中的作用.FN分子单体呈“V”型,其聚集体以头一尾的方式结合.
The single molecule/dipolymer of Fibronection (FN) and the formation of FN/chitosan protomere were analyzed using atomic force microscope (AFM), and the role of "water film" in micro-space of specimen surface during FN and FN/chitosan protomere forming process was also evaluated. The results indicate that FN molecules present "V" in shape, and two monomers connect by head-to-end to form dipolymer.
