Taken virtual enterprises as intermediary,the paper builds a conceptual model about the effect of virtual operation strategy on organizational performance.The model is tested through the samples of 220 companies.The results show that virtual operation strat-egy has a positive effect on virtual enterprises;Virtual enterprises also has a positive effect on operational performance and cooperation performance;And virtual enterprises has the complete mediated role in the relationship between virtual operation strategy,operational performance and cooperation performance.
