Marx＇s thoughts on ＂history＂ serve as a foundation and core concept in historical materialism. A deep analysis on its logic basis helps to have a new recognition of Marx＇s thoughts on ＂history＂. The misconceptions about Marx＇s elaboration on history may prevent us from finding the true essence of philosophy and the logic basis of Marx＇s thoughts on history. To correct misconceptions about Marx＇s thought on history, this paper penetrates into Hegel＇s thoughts on historical consciousness, civil society and social practice as well as Feuerbach＇s elaboration on perceptual intuition and human nature. All these thoughts serve as the theoretical foundation of Marx＇s thoughts on history and ideological basis for knowing the essence of Marx＇s revolution in philosophy.
