建立了分析三维机织复合材料细观结构的代表性模型—纺织几何学模型,分析了三维机织预型件中纱线系统各纱线的构型和截面形状,计算了组成三维机织结构各纱线系统,在一个结构单元内的纱线长度和取向角,进而得出纤维体积分数。指出影响三维机织复合材料纤维体积分数的主要因素有预型件的角联/正交、贯穿/分层形式和预型件结构中填充纱的比例以及纱线间隙等。为提高三维机织复合材料的力学性能提供了方向。
A textile geometrical model for the analysis of microstructural of 3D woven composites was estabhshed. The yam configuration and cross section form of every yarn system in the preform structure were analyzed. The fiber volume fraction can be calculated with the yarn length and orientation angle in a unit cell. The study shows that the main factors of effects of structural parameters on fiber volume fraction of 3D woven structure composites are the binder form of orthogonal /cross angle-interlock, rough-the-thicknes/layer-to-layer binding ,and the proportion of stuffer, the clearance of yarn in the preform structure, etc.
