In this paper, we consider a Stock-effort dynamical model. First, we use the center manifold theorem to determine the critical stability of fixed point for the system when the Flip bifurcation occurs. Then, according to the theory of norm form, we determine the critical stability of fixed point for the system when the Neimark-Sacker bifurcation occurs. In the end, the conclusion is verified by numerical simulation.
