以安徽省为研究区域,从人口发展、经济发展、社会发展、生态环境、城乡统筹发展及开放程度等6个维度构建城镇化质量评价指标体系,在定量测算安徽省16个地级市2005年、2010年、2014年的城镇化质量的基础上,借助协调度模型对安徽省各地级市城镇化水平与质量的协调状况进行实证分析.研究表明：2005—2014年安徽省城镇化质量呈小幅度上升趋势,增长幅度为16.79%,经济发展、社会发展对城镇化质量的拉动作用较大;各地级市城镇化水平与质量协调度处于上升态势,由低度失调向多层次协调发展转变,但协调度的整体水平较低,截至2014年仍然有一半的城市处于弱度协调状态;各地级市城镇化水平与质量协调度空间差异显著,具有聚集特征,呈现＂两高两低＂空间分布格局.研究结果表明今后应将提高人口质量、改善生态环境、缩小城乡发展差距、提高开放程度等作为促进安徽省城镇化水平与质量协调发展的重要途径.

英文摘要：

Taking Anhui Province as an example,based on the quantitative calculation of the comprehensive level of urbanization quality,the coordination of the urbanization level and quality of 16 cities in Anhui Province in 2005,2010 and 2014 was analyzed empirically by the coordinative degree model. In terms of constructing the evaluation index system of urbanization quality,we mainly considered six aspects,which including the population development, the economic development, the social development, the ecological environment,the urban and rural integration development,and the degree of opening. The research showed that： 1） The urbanization quality in Anhui Province showed a slightly upward trend and the whole growth rate was 16. 79% from 2005 to 2014,and the quality of economic and social development were the powerful driver of the urbanization quality growth. 2） The coordinated degree between level and quality of urbanization were generally on the rise for all regions,and it gradually from lower level of disorder to different level of coordination. However,the overall level of the coordinated degree is relatively low,until 2014,half of the cities were still in a state of weak coordination. 3） The coordinated degree of the urbanization level and quality between regions had significant difference in space,and it had a certain characteristic of spatial aggregation,showing ＂two high and two low＂spatial distribution pattern. The results of the study showed that it should regarded the improvement of the quality of population,the ecological environment,the degree of opening and narrowing the gap between urban and rural development as an important way to promote thecoordination degree between level and quality of urbanization in Anhui province in the future.
