In view of enhancing the usability of pen-based user interface （PUI） and presenting the full superiority of its natural interaction and convenience in operation, an interface design approach using the scenarios-tree to manage affairs related to holding conferences and provide services for inquiring about and access to the proceedings and other records is illustrated.
