蝗虫视觉光谱效应与趋光响应光谱的对比测定

利用光振激发蝗虫趋光滑移捕集测试装置,测试分析了光、振、滑移环境对蝗虫趋光滑移捕集行为的影响,研究了蝗虫趋光视觉捕集进入行为。结果表明:紫光激发的趋光视觉效应,可有效引起蝗虫对紫光中敏感光谱竖条纹光照的敏感辨识性感应,产生趋光视觉行为,同时,在光振滑移耦合环境中,Ra3.2、40HRC不锈钢滑板特性,弱化了30°倾斜面上蝗虫生物摩擦控制滑移行为的调控能力,且光照激发趋光视觉效应的趋态性增益和激振力调控足趾接触环境的动态性增效,能够降低蝗虫摩擦控制效应,加速捕集增益性弹跳碰撞滑移行为实现,提高滑移捕集效率,因此蝗虫光振滑移捕集行为是在光电诱导蝗虫趋光视觉效应的基础上,光振激发效应强化蝗虫生物摩擦控制减弱、行为调控能力降低而出现的结果。然而,光源及激振措施放置,影响蝗虫趋光捕集进入效果,且趋光捕集进入是实现滑移捕集的关键,因而,需在试验测定150 mm灯距、调控光照和下激振措施结合调控蝗虫趋光滑移捕集效果较优的基础上,探寻蝗虫趋光捕集进入的有效措施,以提高蝗虫趋光捕集率。

英文摘要:

Using the testing device of locusts phototoxic slipping and trapping behavior effect stimulated by light and vibration,analyzed the influence of light,vibration and slipping environment on locusts phototoxic trapping behavior,and investigated the phototoxic visual behavior of locusts trapped to enter. The results showed that the phototoxic visual effect stimulated by violet light caused locusts were sensitive to identify and respond to the sensitive spectral light of vertical stripes in the violet light,generating the phototoxic visual behavior. Simultaneously,in the coupling environment of light,vibration and slanting slip plane,stainless steel board features( Ra3. 2,40HRC) weakened the regulatory ability of the sliding behavior controlled by locust biological friction,moreover,tropism gain of the phototoxic visual effect stimulated by light and dynamic efficiency of toe-attached environment regulated by exciting force,could lower locust biological friction control effect,accelerating the realization of bouncing collisions slip behavior gaining locusts trapped by light,improving sliding capture efficiency. Thus,on the base of the phototoxic visual effect stimulated by light,locusts trapping behavior was the result of weakening locust biological sliding friction control and lowering behavioral regulation ability stimulated and reinforced by light and vibration and slipping environment. However,the position of light source and vibration measure affected locusts phototoxic trapping entrance effect which was the key realizing the sliding capture. So,according to the tested experiment result which the phototoxic trapping effect regulated by the regulating light stimulation of 150 mm lamp distance combining with the lower vibrating stimulation was the better,the effective stimulation measure of locusts phototoxic trapping entrance must be found to increase locust’s phototoxic capture rate.
