制备了系列不同Er^3+离子掺杂浓度的硼铋酸盐玻璃样品,在常温条件下测量了样品的吸收光谱和荧光衰减曲线。通过分析Er^3+离子^4I13/2能级的荧光衰减几率,建立了Er^3+基于OH-基团作为猝灭中心的浓度猝灭模型。通过电偶极-电偶极相互作用机理计算了Er^3+离子在硼铋酸盐玻璃中发生荧光浓度猝灭的相互作用微参量,并与其它玻璃基质进行了比较。
A series of Er^3+-codoped bismuth borate glasses with different Er^3+ ions concentration have been obtained.The absorption and fluorescence decay curves of the relative multiplets of the glasses at room temperature have been recorded.The analysis of the total decay rate of the ^4I13/2 state of Er^3+ has been used to determine the dominant cause of quenching.On the basis of the electric dipole-dipole interaction mechanism,the quenching parameters were determined and compared with other Er^3+-doped glasses.
