采用阳城煤作碳源、Fe作催化荆,在传统的电弧放电炉上通过填充石墨棒的方式经由二次电弧放电过程进行炭纳米管的制备.实验固相产物经SEM,TEM和XRD等表征表明:将一次放电收集的产物以同样的方式填充到石墨棒中,产物的纯度和产量均有明显的提高,大大改善了以往煤基炭纳米管产量和产率低的M题.而同时进行气相产物的色谱检测发现有少量的小分子如CH4,CO2和C2H2等.提出了二次放电过程中煤基炭纳米管的寸能生长机理.
Carbon nanotubes were synthesized by twice arc-discharge method with Yangcheng coal as carbon source and Fe as catalyst. After preparation, the solid products pealed respectively from furnace were analyzed by SEM, TEM and XRD. The results indicated that the purity and yield of the secondary product were higher notability than the first product, which improved the lower purity and yield of coal derived carbon nanotubes in the classic method. In addition,we detected the gaseous product when arc-discharge was on process by GC, CH4, CO2 and C2H2 and other small molecules were founded except the most Ar gas. So the probably generation mechanism in such a process was proposed.
