随着教育投入、教育对社会经济发展的贡献率以及知识产权保护强度的不断提升,教育研究知识产权日益受到社会重视。论文以教育研究论文为例,利用经济理论和文献计量等方法,从供给主体、供给的影响因素、期刊以及供给投入等角度,对教育研究论文供给进行了经济学分析;同时,根据分析结论和存在的问题,结合中国实际,给出了一些规范性政策建议。

英文摘要：

With the increasing of education investment,contribution made by education to growth of society and economics and the strength of IPRs protection,education research IPRs has been attached great importance.Using of economic theory and literature statisticas,this paper analyse some basic theory of education research IPRs supplying with a case of education research literature,which including provider,effecting factor of supplying,magazine,supply devotion and so on.In the end,it presents some canonical countermeasures and suggestions according to the conclusion and problem and the reality of China.
