在深水油田的勘探开发建设中,新型装置的投入在带来巨大经济效益的同时,也会产生相应的风险。新型海上浮式钻井储卸油生产处理装置FDPSO完井作业工序繁多,操作比其他钻井装置复杂,在作业条件相对恶劣的条件下,机械设备、操作人员等都会处于较大的风险之中。结合完井过程特征,明确6大评价体系指标,应用层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的方法对FDPSO石油完井作业基本过程进行了安全评价,在评价过程中找到安全隐患点,最终得出完井过程的安全级数,以指导实际工程操作过程,适当减少财产损失和人员伤亡伤害,提高作业过程的安全操作性。

英文摘要:

During the exploration and the development of the oil field in the deep water,the input of the new equipments will bring the huge economic benefits, but can produce the risks as well. The important equipment used during drilling operation in oil and natural gas industry, contains significant risks during service. The poor management to risk factors may develop the risks to ac- cidents,which will result in great loss and seriously affect the image and production of an enter- prise. New offshore equipment FDPSO combines the drilling system, the unloading system and the processing system together. It has a variety of the operation process. The operation is more com- prehensive than the other drilling devices. Mechanical equipment, operators, etc, will in a large risk environment under the relative severe operation condition. Combined with well completion characteristics,based on many experts ' experience, the matrix of each layer's influence factors was set up,and the weight set of each factor was calculated by AHP. This paper clear six evaluation indicators, use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make the safety evaluation of thebasic well completion of the FDPSO. We reach the safety series which give the guide for the oper- ation process, can reduce the property loss and casualties damage, improve the security operation of the process as well.
