针对一大类缓释型无机抗菌材料,依据其抗菌机制和抑菌圈测定法的基本原理,着重探讨其抗菌性能粉末抑菌圈法测定影响因素,并进行试验研究.研究结果表明,该测定方法的影响因素有粉末试样质量m﹑玻璃环直径do﹑粉末试样颗粒度﹑粉末试样在玻璃环中堆积的密实程度和营养琼脂培养基中水分含量等.适当增大玻璃环直径、提高粉末试样颗粒度和营养琼脂培养基中的水分,有利于增大抗菌材料试样的抑菌圈直径.因而通过控制主要影响因素能提高该测定方法的灵敏度,减小其测量误差,以提高其准确性和重复性.
Powder bacteriostatic circle method is very often employed for measuring antibacterial performance of inorganic antibacterial materials. Based on its basic principle and the antibacterial mechanism of antibacterial materials, the influence of some factors on measuring antibacterial properties was investigated. The results show that these factors are mainly as follows: sample mass,diameter of glass ring, sample graininess, packing density of powder, and moisture content of culture media, etc. The measuring accuracy and reproducibility of the testing method could be improved obviously through increasing its sensitivity and decreasing measuring error by means of control of its major factors.
