通过一家中型企业的纵向案例研究,探索了企业在创业过程中的创业学习、机会识别和商业模式的动态演化及三者之间的关系。研究发现:在不同创业阶段,企业先后选择了经验学习、经验学习和模仿学习相结合以及经验学习和模仿学习、行动学习相结合三种不同的创业学习方式组合;创业者的机会识别由初次创业阶段依赖个人渠道的主动搜索方式向再创业阶段依赖非个人渠道的主动搜索方式转变;商业模式创新具有以效率型商业模式设计为核心的特点。基于企业创业过程,经验学习与通过个人渠道的主动搜索相匹配,经验学习、模仿学习和行动学习的学习方式组合与通过非个人渠道的主动搜索相匹配,主动搜索与效率型商业模式设计相匹配。
Based on a longitudinal case study of a medium sized enterprise, the dynamic evolution of entrepreneurial learning, opportunity identification and business model and the relationship between the three are explored.Conclusions are as follows: Firstly, in different stages of entrepreneurship, the enterprise has successively chosen experiential learning, the combination of experiential learning and imitation learning, the combination of experiential learning and imitation learning and action learning. Secondly, the oppotunity identification has changed from active search through the personal channel in the initial entrepreneurial stage to active search through non personal channel in re-entrepreneurial stage. Thirdly, business model innovation has the characteristics of focusing on the efficiency- centered business model design. Lastly, in the entrepreneurial process of the enterprise, the experiential learning is matched with active search through the personal channel, imitation learning and action learning are matched with the active search of non personal channels. Active search is matched with efficiency-centered business model design.
