对一种嵌入式永磁同步电动机的热性能参数进行了计算,在此基础上,根据传热学理论确定了电动机内热交换的边界条件,使用ANSYS软件中的热分析模块对该电动机进行了二维稳态温度场计算,通过温度分布云图分析了电动机额定运行状态下的温度场分布情况及产生原因,最后从产热与散热两方面考虑,对影响电动机温升的主要因素进行了讨论,从而为电动机的设计及优化提供参考。
The thermal performance parameters of an interior permanent magnet (IPM) motor were calculated in this paper,and the boundary conditions of the heat exchange in IPM motor were determined by using the heat transfer theory. The two dimension steady temperature field of the IPM motor was analyzed with the help of the thermoanalysis module of ANSYS software. The temperature distribution under the condition of rated power was illustrated by means of the temperature distribution nephogram. Hence, the reasons for this kind of temperature distribution were interpret. The key factors that influ- ence the IPM motor temperature distribution were discussed incorporating both heat production and heat dissipation in order to provide design criterion of this kind of motor.
