紧凑型纳秒快脉冲高压发生器在电工新技术领域有重要实践意义。该文对快速晶闸管在磁芯变压器式纳秒快脉冲发生器中的应用进行分析研究。通过对等值电路的分析,给出脉冲变压器原、副方电压、电流的表达式,并进行相关极值分析,理论推导快速晶闸管在工作过程中的通态电流上升率(di/dt)平均值和最大值的数学表达式,通过实验研究分析实际回路中磁芯饱和的影响、变压器漏感和晶闸管di/dt最大值的测算方法,讨论最佳匝数比对晶闸管的影响以及限制di/dt的技术措施。研究结论能够对快速晶闸管在磁芯谐振式纳秒快脉冲高压发生器中的应用选型和优化设计提供一定的技术参考。
Compact nanosecond-pulse high-voltage generator has important practical significance for new electrical technologies. The application of fast switching thyristors in nanosecond-pulse high-voltage generators based on pulse transformer with magnetic core was studied in this paper. According to the analysis of experimental circuit, the arithmetic expressions about the voltages and currents of the primary and secondary winding in the pulse transformer were deduced, and the relative extreme analysis was performed. The mean and maximum values of the rise-rate of current (di/dt) were analyzed. Via experiments, the affection of core saturation was concluded; the leakage inductance and the di/dt tolerance were estimated; the optimal ratio and the di/dt restriction were discussed.
