我国每年因为建筑活动产生的废弃混凝土数量相当巨大,其最有价值的处理方法就是把它当作可再生资源生产建筑材料。通过试验研究了灌浆预埋再生混凝土的抗压强度,试验变量为水灰比、骨料体积比、砂率和外加剂掺量,基于试验结果详细分析了这4个试验变量对灌浆预埋再生混凝土抗压强度的影响,为再生混凝土的实际应用提供参考依据。
In China, a large amount of abandoned concrete is generated each year owing to various construction activities.The most valu- able treatment method is to produce building materials as a renewable resource.The compressive strength of pre-placed recycled concrete cast by the grout impregnation method is studied.The test variables include the water/cement ratio ,the aggregate volume fraction,the sand ratio, and the admixture content.Based on the experimental results,the effects of the four test variables on the compressive strength of pre-placed recycled concrete cast by the grout impregnation method are analyzed in detail, which provides a reference for practical applica- tions of recycled concrete.
