为获得混凝土的氧化镁安定掺量,论文通过水泥净浆压蒸试验、混凝土砂浆压蒸试验和混凝土自生体积变形试验,比较不同氧化镁外掺量对介质变形性能的影响。结果表明,同一氧化镁混凝土,用不同的试验方法获得的氧化镁安定掺量是不一致的。其数值从小到大的顺序是:水泥净浆压蒸法、混凝土砂浆压蒸法、混凝土自生体积变形方法。论文的研究成果对氧化镁混凝土变形行为的进一步研究和相关规范的制定与氧化镁混凝土的应用有借鉴意义和实用价值。
This paper presents experimental results of concrete material and compares distortions of cement-based materials with different magnesium oxide content.To obtain the balanced contents of magnesium oxide,three test methods were adopted,method of autoclave-treated expansibility of cement paste,method of concrete mortar with light-burned magnesium oxide,and method of autogenic volume change of concrete.Results show that for the same concrete mixture,the balanced content achieved with these methods are different,with its tested value increasing in turn from autoclaving,mortar test to autogenic volume change test.This work provides a basis for farther study and application of concrete with magnesium oxide.
