Mackey-Glass chaotic system model and state variable time series in chaotic state were introduced, and then the system was used to predicate state variable time series in chaotic state based on BP algorithm interval type-2 singleton Mamdani fuzzy logic systems. The forecasting performance index and simulation results show that the interval type-2 singleton Mamdani fuzzy logic systems is superior to the singleton type-1 Mamdani fuzzy logic systems, and the designed interval type-2 singleton Mamdani fuzzy logic systems to the Mackey-Glass time series forecasting is feasible and effective.
