Foodbome diseases happened frequently due to food contamination from Escherichia coli O157：H7 （E. coli O157：H7） in recent years. Agricultural products may be infected with E. coli O157：H7 during the growth period. Therefore, understanding the sources and distribution ofE. coli O157：H7 in agricultural products is beneficial for preventing the infection of products. In this paper, possible sources and general distribution ofE. coli O157：H7 in agricultural products are reviewed.
