Based on the land function method and regression analysis methods,the paper takes xi＇an subway line two for example, analyzes the relationship between housing price and distance between housing building and subway station. It shows that since 2006 the subway has a direct positive impact on housing building. The radius of impact of which the greatest impact is in the 400 m. of URRT on house is 750 m,within the framework
