以西安市地铁2号线沿线的房地产为研究对象,借鉴土地函数法和回归分析的方法,研究西安地铁2号线对沿线房地产价格的影响。研究结果表明,地铁2号线从2006年开始建设起,就对沿线的房地产产生了直接的正面影响。西安市地铁2号线对房地产的影响半径为750m,其中在400m范围内影响最大。
Based on the land function method and regression analysis methods,the paper takes xi'an subway line two for example, analyzes the relationship between housing price and distance between housing building and subway station.
