报道了采用888 nm的激光二极管(LD)泵浦Nd∶LuVO4晶体得到1066 nm的激光输出,其中Nd∶LuVO4晶体对应能级跃迁为4F3/2→4I11/2。在注入抽运功率为18.3 W时,可获得11.2 W的近红外激光输出;然后采用非线性晶体LiB3O5(LBO)进行腔内倍频,获得了533 nm的绿激光输出,输出功率为4.2 W,其光-光转换效率为23%,4 h功率稳定度优于±3.7%。
It's reported an efficient laser at 1066 nm which is generated by 4F3/2 to 4I11/2 transition of Nd:LuVO4 with a pump laser at 888 nm. Continuous wave (CW) with 11.2 W output power at 1066 nm is obtained under a pump power of 18.3 W. Moreover intracavity frequency doubling with LiB305 (LBO) nonlinear crystal yields 4.2 W green light at 533 nm. The optical to optical efficiency is 23.0%. The power stability in 4 hours is better than ±3.7%.
