矿井通风系统阻力测定是煤矿安全生产和通风安全管理的重要内容,阻力的大小直接影响矿井的通风效果.结合实际应用,针对周源山煤矿通风系统现状,选定3条主要测定线路,采用基点气压计法进行矿井通风阻力测定.根据测定数据,计算矿井总风阻及等积孔以判断通风难易程度,计算矿井外部漏风率以判断矿井通风系统管理程度.根据测定结果与分析,对目前通风系统做出结论,掌握矿井通风阻力分布,为今后通风系统改造和优化,提供基础数据资料.
The ventilation resistance determination is an important content in coal mine's safety production and safety management. The magnitude of ventilation resistance affects the ventilation system's efficacy directly. A basic point method with barometer that is applied to determine the ventilation resistances of Zhouyuanshan coal mine. For the current status of ventilation system, we selected three main determination lines. On the basis of the determination data, we calculated the mine total wind resistance and equivalent orifice to judge the degree of ventilation, calculated the exterior leakage rate to judge the degree of ventilation management. According to the determination data and analysis, we drew conclusions of the current ventilation system and mastered the distributing of ventilation resistance, providing the basic value data, which is vital for alternation and optimizing ventilation system.
