基于有限元/控制体积法,对复合材料风力发电叶片树脂传递成型过程进行模拟分析。针对风机叶片制造引起的主要缺陷,对保压控制参数、溶体温度和模具温度等工艺参数对填充时间、浇注口压力以及叶片翘曲变形量的影响进行了数值分析。通过分析得出:随着保压压力的提高,浇注口压力增加,叶片制品的翘曲量减少;随着溶体温度的提高,浇注时间减少,浇注口压力降低;当模具温度提高,翘曲量随之降低。研究结果为叶片树脂传递成型工艺参数的设置和优化提供了理论参考。
Based on the finite element/control volume method,the resin transfer molding process of composite wind blade is analyzed.To overcome the RTM manufacturing defects,the influences of the dwell pressure control parameters,melt temperature and mold temperature on filling time,pouring mouth pressure and warpage are investigated.Through the analysis,the results can be drawn that: when dwell pressure increases,pouring mouth pressure increases by 37%,and warpage decreases.When melt temperature increases,pouring time decreases,pouring mouth pressure decreases.When mold temperature increases,warpage decreases.This investigation will provide a theoretical reference for selecting RTM process parameters.
