This paper introduces the clock programming and the system structure of the encoder of the transmitter specified in the national DTTB standard. It expounds the design and implementation of the BCH encoding and LDPC encoding, and introduces test methods for them. Hardware simulation shows that this scheme is stable and reliable and can satisfy the demands of DTTB system.
