针对供电企业线损和均衡用电负荷问题，研究了线损最小和负荷均衡的关系，证明了负荷均衡时的线损与最优线损之比不超过导线最大电阻率和最小电阻率之比．

英文摘要：

To consider the problems of line loss and electric burden equilibrium at the same time, the relationship between the minimum line loss and electric burden equilibrium was discussed. It is shown that the ratio between the minimum line loss and the line loss at the stage of electric burden equilibrium will not go beyond the ratio between the maximum and minimum rate of electric latency the electric latency rate maximum and the electric latency rate minimum.
