针对块体金属玻璃(BMG)的室温脆性问题,结合内生复合技术的发展历程,全面阐述内生相及其形貌、尺寸、制备工艺等因素对力学性能的影响。对块体金属玻璃历经压缩一小尺寸试样拉伸一大尺寸试样拉伸,逐步由脆向塑发展。指出半固态顺序凝固(SSPS)是获得大尺度、无缺陷、具有显著拉伸塑性的BMG内生复合材料的有效手段。
In order to conquer the brittle nature of bulk metallic glass (BMG), many efforts have been made for developing in situ composites. A review on the effect of in situ phase on the mechanical properties, such as morpholo gy, size and preparation technology etc. is presented. The developments of BMG, going through compression, tension of small size specimen and largesize specimen, and becoming from brittle to plastic gradually. Furthermore, it is showed clearly that the semisolid progressive solidification (SSPS) is an effective way to obtain large scale, defect free in situ BMG composites with significant tensile ductility.
