文章应用比较优势理论研究城市圈土地资源配置问题。理论分析表明，按照区域间土地利用的比较优势配置土地资源可以提高土地利用的总福利水平。文章以武汉城市圈为例，研究了不同城市土地利用的比较优势。结果表明，武汉市、黄石市在非农建设用地利用上具有比较优势，黄冈市、成宁市农地利用上具有比较优势。按照比较优势分配非农建设用地和农用地，将是武汉城市圈土地资源优化配置的有效途径。
英文摘要：
This paper uses comparative advantage theory to study the allocation problems of land resource of city circle. Theoretical analysis has concluded that using comparative advantage theory to all.ocate land resource can prompt regional welfare in land use. This paper takes Wuhan City Circle for example to study the comparative advantage in land use in different cities. The result is that Wuhan City and Huangshi City have comparative advantage in non-agricultural construction land use, while Huanggang City and Xianning City have comparative advantage in agricultural land use. Using comparative advantage to allocate non-agricultural construction land and agricultural land will be an effective way in Wuhan City Circle land resources optimal allocation.
