In viewof the taxi resource allocation in the “ Internet ＋ ” era, using comprehensive evaluation, supply and demand theory , zero sum game and other methods , we built a comprehensive evaluation and models of no differ-ence bet^veen the economic supply and demand,and the u Internet ＋ ” bilateral game. Through MATLAB,EXCEL and oth -er soft^vare,we discussed and studied spatio - temporal distribution regularities for tai matching degree of supply and de-mand and the subsidy programmes which could ease the difficulty of taking a taxi or not. We designed a new subsidy scheme according to the principle of zero sum game.
