为了评价干法外掺橡胶粉对连续级配的适应性及性能影响,采用车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和水稳定性试验分别对基准沥青混合料和外掺橡胶粉的沥青混合料进行了性能评价。结果表明:外掺0.5%40目橡胶粉对连续密级配沥青混合料具有良好的适应性,不会破坏混合料原有结构;同时,高温性能和低温性能有明显改善,而水稳定性基本保持不变。
In order to evaluate the effect of crumb rubber on the asphalt mixtures with continuous dense gradation, the pavements performance of asphalt mixtures with and without crumb rubber are investigated by wheel tracking test, low temperature flexural test, and moisture susceptibility. The results show that the mixtures produced with a continuous dense gradation blended with 0. 5% (by weight of mixtures) 40 mesh crumb rubber have good applicability and won't destroy the existing mixture structure. In addition, the high temperature stability and cracking resistance at low temperature of mixtures modified with crumb rubber are improved significantly, and the moisture stability doesn't deteriorate compared with the controlling mixtures without crumb rubber.
