单周期控制作为一种简单有效的非线性控制方法,广泛应用于高功率因数整流器。该文研究一种基于单周期控制的三相三开关功率因数校正(power factor correction,PFC)整流器,基于状态空间平均法研究了三相整流器的控制规律,针对单周期控制下输入电流的奇次谐波问题,提出一种改进的脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)方法,通过改变比较器的输入调制信号,消除了传统单周期控制方法所带来的输入平均电流中的奇次谐波,并进行了稳定性分析。最后,提出一种数字控制的PFC实现方案。实验结果表明,该文所提出的控制方法使三相整流器输入电流的谐波含量明显降低,功率因数和电能质量得到提高,且有良好的动态响应性能。
The one-cycle control is a simple and effective non-linear control method, which has been widely used in high power factor rectifiers. This paper proposed a three-phase three-switch power factor correction (PFC) rectifier with one-cycle control. Firstly, using the state-space averaging method, the operation method of the three-phase rectifier and the current odd harmonics were analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis, an improved pulse width modulation (PWM) method was introduced. With the modified modulated signal of the comparator, the odd harmonics in input currents were reduced significantly. Moreover, the steady-state stability analysis and the digital control strategy were explained respectively. The simulation results and experimental investigations verify the theoretical analysis.
